Daddy set up the disco ball in the playroom today and we patiently waited for it to get dark outside to have some disco fun. We had dinner and bathtime out of the way and during what is usually kind of "chill out" time, reading books or snuggling on the couch in front of the TV, we did this. It totally energized the kids, delaying bedtime considerably, but no one seemed to care. We had so much fun! Genevieve kept trying to "catch" the lights moving across the floor and was amazed by how the light travelled all around the room, the walls, the ceiling. Tristan ran around like a silly boy with a sugar-high (he hadn't had any sugar, it was just the effects of the lights, I promise). He'd run around, climb onto the futon, yell out random numbers, jump off the futon and do some more running around. Hopefully you can all see and enjoy the video! The maiden video for this blog!
