11 Months (on April 1st)

Our little baby is looking more like a big girl everyday and it makes me kind of sad. But, her personality is really starting to take shape, so it's fun too. She stands unassisted all the time now, but refuses to take any steps on her own. Genevieve is giggly most of the time and has a big smile, mouth wide open, when she's really delighted. When she wants something she is much more inclined to scream a loud, short (thank-goodness) scream to get the item, her way, etc., than Tristan ever was. She loves to watch Tristan run around and tries to play with him daily. He's great at letting her join in the fun and still runs and brings her toys, snacks, her drink and anything else she may need. We can tell that she's understanding us more and more and is putting the pieces of her surroundings together. She tries to brush her hair when she finds a brush, she places shoes on top of her own feet or any feet that are within reach and she tries to drink out of any item that resembles a cup.
